TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Terms
(a) all prices are strictly net.
(b) Minimum order value £250 / € 300 / $ 450 excluding VAT.
(c) Minimum reorder value £250 / € 300 / $ 450 excluding VAT.
2 Payment
(a) New customers on a proforma basis.
(b) Accounts payable within 30 days of the delivery date.
3 Delivery
(a) We aim to despatch goods within 4 weeks of receiving the order or receipt of payment on a proforma basis. Should there be any delay or shortages you will be notified.
(b) Goods damaged or faulty on arrival, or not as ordered, must be notified within 24 hours of delivery and will be replaced or credited.
(c) In the event of non-delivery we must be notified within 2 days of the date of the invoice.
(d) Free carriage within Europe on orders of £550 / € 700 and over. Others will be charged at cost, please see specifications.
4 Retention of title
Until such time as payment is made in full, Åry Trays shall retain full legal and equitable title of the goods.
